We're both motivated! Last year we worked on adding 4" lift kits to our pair of Jeeps and replacing the Dana 35 rears with Dana 44's and replacing stock 310 gears with 373's- upgraded to 33's as well on the tires. This year is strengthening them and learning on how to tow them on a trailer LOL. Marking the calendar down to Rausch Creek!

guess I'm in the minority here, with Kurt and Chris. I'm motivated! Haven't done nearly as much as some people (OMG Chris!!!) but I've been trying to keep on top of my maintenance. Working out some squeaks and rattles this weekend. I hope. Hopefully just my Currie CA's making noise. But if it's under my heep and it has a grease fitting, it's getting lubed!

O.K. so far this spring/late winter......

Quarter panel armor with custom tail light boxes and custom fuel filler.
Replaced rear springs and rebuilt two spring mounts.
Rebuilt UCA flex joints.
Two new ball joints and three new tie rod ends.
New front ring&pinion along with fixing up the OX locker that rattled apart.
Replaced a 50x20" section of floor pan on passenger side.
Installed roll cage front tie in gusset on passenger side.

Still to do.........
Replace even bigger section of floor pan on driver side.
Install roll cage front tie in gusset on driver side.
Repair huge rust hole under battery tray.
Repair smaller rust holes inside at rear wheel wells.
Install generic Dynamat insulation.
Track down misc small water leaks through firewall.
Repaint interior.
Reinstall interior (maybe find some seats that are in better condition).
Install C.B. antenna.

Things I'd like to get done this season.......
Rear caliper conversion to e-brakes that work and stay working.
Redo rear fender flare on passenger side.
Squirt a new coat of paint on the Heep (Tru-Value sells their XO-Rust paints for $28.00 a gallon......)

Jeep needs front R&P... I should get motivated to replace them. I might get motivated enough to use a pair of stub shafts to hold together the unit bearings & drive it in 2wd with the top down until I get the R&P replaced.
