New Tires

Unread post by dizilbdog »

Got some new Toyo tires 33x10.50, the General tires are out. I also put some soft 8 rims on think they are black rock rims. I am ready for Saturday.

I'm debating buying those same tires next year in a 33 x 11.5 size. I'd love to hear what you think of them after putting some miles on them. From what I've read, pros: great grip, quiet on the road, tough sidewall, cons: heavy, fast wearing rubber, kinda expensive.

Well i've had them since Wed. Will say they did great in the rain. I'm coming from some really crappy tires. I will let you know. I'll post something after Saturday on how they did on the Jeep run. I"m still in the break in period so will take it easy with them. Lou recommended them and he's usually right on Jeep stuff.

I had them prior to the Coopers I have now. Plain and simple, I miss the Toyos.
