Re-introduction

Unread post by Richlost »

I'm new to this forum, but I was also on the old forum. My biggest claims to fame are winning the Detours TJ bumper/tire carrier at the rally a few years ago, and not at this just past rally, but the year before I was the dj at the rally rockpile.
I got a 97 TJ in need of a 5 speed tranny, if you know of anybody that can help please hook us up.

Missed you this year at the Rally Rich. :( I was going to ask you to do it again this year but I know I neglected you last year so I felt a bit funny asking. Haven't seen you around here either so I just figured you were not jeeping anymore.

Anyway, glad to see your back!

Here is a picture of my ride.... I mean lawn ornament.
I'm in need of an ax15 tranny (and a few more things I'm sure) in order to get it back on the trail.
Is there anybody out there that knows of a donor Jeep on life support, looking to extend the life of another before you pull the plug?

Hey Rich, you probably don't remember me but we missed you this year at the rally - come back next year, k?

I would love to come back.
And it will be easier for me to do it this year because as of yesterday I am a proud Jeep owner again.
I bought a 2004 TJ Unlimited today, so I'll have more room to pack all my gear.
Here is a pic of my new ride (please forgive the pavement, I took the pic at the dealer)

This of course means that I will be parting out the 97 TJ seen further up in this thread.
Stay tuned for details....

Just want to clarify, Rich was the rock garden emcee, not the main DJ in 09. We missed Rich last year but are in serious negotiations to bring him back in 2011 for the garden again. :D

Welcome back Rich! You should think about joining, great club!

Oops!! Missed that, that was my first year and I was busy drowning in the parking lot - never mind...
Not that you weren't missed Rich :D
