Been gone for a bit....

Unread post by ChrisD75 »

Hey, how is everyone doing? I have been reestablishing my world to fit for a better me..lol I haven't had my Rubi for about 3 months now..It was in a very bad place  ..I was dumping about $700 a month into it to try and figure it out then took it to Lou, and he said it needed about $5k in parts just to get a sticker..So I guess I drove it hard enough to break it...So I sold it..and now it is time to get a new one!!

I am currently looking at a 2009 JK, with 11k on it YELLOW OF COURSE :D , so since I have been out of the loop for a while, and don't know much about the new jeeps..I would love some great info on what I have so far for ideas..

1. 35" MT/R's
2. either a BDS 3" lift or RE 3.5" superflex kit(sure I will need an SYE)
3. ROCK HARD Front and rear bumpers Image Image
4. Superwinch EPi9.0S Winch with Synthetic Rope
5. Does Currie make a draglink for the JK, if so I can't find it..
6. JKS quicker disco's
7. These Matte black wheelsImage
8. and obviously skidplates covering my goodies.
9. was also going with 4.88's, and just staying open fr/rr (for now)

Sorry pics are so big, haven't figured out how to shrink yet..lol..Still have the mindset of GO BIG, OR GO HOME..hahha

This is the idea I am shooting for...Image

Yeah that will look awsome. The only thing that I don't like is the flares, but it's not my rig! Good luck with the new jeep and have fun!
