JKU Teraflex 2.5" lift without shocks and without front springs/stops

Unread post by Car Jack »

I bought a Teraflex 2.5" spring lift in the fall and installed the front springs and bump stops, then measured. Unfortunately, their advertised 2.5" is nowhere near 2.5" even with no front bumper. So I'm leaving the 1" rear spacer in place from before and selling the rest of the lift kit. So I only used the front springs and front bump stop extenders. The rest of the kit and instructions are all in place. You get rear springs with hold downs and bump stops, track bar bracket, hardware, end links (rear stock go to front).

Here's the kit link: https://www.extremeterrain.com/teraflex ... 51000.html

I'm asking $250 for this

Interested. Are you going to be at the spring meeting? and when you say nowhere near 2.5" do you mean its more or less? I'm guessing more...

I'll bring it to the spring meeting. I measure both shock length and perch and both measure 1 3/4" above stock. That's the front only. The rear hasn't done more than been taken out of the box to look at.

I think I am going to take a pass on this for now. I won't be going to the meeting or Brookridge as the new Jeep is not ready. I have a stock set of JKU springs that might net a small lift for free and at least a set of front shocks that are a little longer so I may see what I can clear with those. May get back to you later and pick this up if it's still available down the road.
