Well this morning I am registered To enter Canada with the hunting rifle of my choice to attend my first GUIDED BEAR HUNT. The first week of May I will be doing something thats on that list . I cant get people to try Venison chilli or sausage while camping . What makes you think Bear would go over. Bear Meat Loaf does sound good though. FjR68

I would try your Venison chilli. A friend makes a killer batch with Venison and turkey. Off the hook!!

Oh man I have not had a bear meatloaf in a few years, its always a great dish. Those folks that wont try it are just scared of it because they have not had it.

Thank you Jeff . My son and I have worked the recipe for a couple years and we figure were right close to store bought . This years sausage is the best by far . Will see if 40 lbs can make the year. FjR68
