need help with my 1992 xj front end

my xj is making a poping sound when I back up turning right. look to find a place that will look at it in the oxford or around oxford.. some notes it a 92 4dr red on 4.5" lift 33" tires with 4.10 and a 8.8 in the rear.. most of you have seen it in 2007 when I wheel it in the club.. has long arm's just install a teraflex knuckle with all 4 ball joints and new 1 ton tie rods. new adj. upper arms track bar was raise up to were the stabilizer was with hime joints. I have replaced the steering box with a rebuilt one and weld the steering shaft. thanks dave
