I had assumed you meant your 99 but my FSM for 99 didn't show a schematic for the subwoofer.
I know later years FSM's show the wiring.

Is your sub original or was it transplanted from a later year TJ?

ill take it out and look at the manufacture sticker but i faintly remember the previous owner saying he did get it out of another jeep and seeing how i fried my nice set of sub woofers i guess ill just use the center now...

sooo here are the wires i have in question

the two wires at the top right are black/red and black/white which are positive and negative..
but i dont know about the ones im holding...
i know there has to be a remote but idk what are the following for
blue/salmon
blue/white
brown/yellow
brown/aqua

OK... according to the 2001 FSM (first year for subwoofer)

blue/salmon = goes to radio right rear speaker soundbar (-)
blue/white= goes to radio right rear speaker soundbar (+)
brown/yellow = goes to radio left rear speaker soundbar (+)
brown/aqua = goes to radio left rear speaker soundbar (-)
