Wrenchfest - Memorial Day 5/28/18 @ Kurt's

Unread post by Modeler »

Kurt has once again offered his garage for a wrenchfest on Memorial Day. Time to be determined.

Post up if you can come and what you need to get done.

My LJ will need to evaluate and possibly replace the PS pump/reservoir. Replace rear pinion seal, adjust e-brakes. Also, looking to install a replacement lower steering shaft and pillow block riser. If all that manages to get done, oil and filter and plugs.

Also, what can I provide for lunch?

i’ve got power steering that’s leaking....somewhere. finding the source could be cool. maybe also the clunking when accel/decel/bumps, my guess is control arms. may just put a new/better/complete lift in it later this year. diagnosis if anything for me.

Kurt only lives around the bend from me so if it were not Memorial Day I would take a short ride and see where I could help. I will be paying my respect to my fallen brothers that day, I will catch you guys on the next one.
