Anyone done Heater core on TJ

Any tips that don't include take whole dash out?

Did mine 6-1/2 yrs ago. It sux no matter what! You can leave the steering wheel, dissconnect the dash and hang it from the overhead bars. I bought a Crown heater core which was a bad fit but cheap at their outlet store in Canton. The tube required bending but it's still going okay. OEM is supposed to be best.

Just saw a Grand Cherokee on tv pulled out of water filled ditch in Marshfield during the storm. Happy ending!

Did one on a Dakota, I know not the same, but there was no other way that we found but to drop the dash.
'97 thats been chopped up and put back together, and ready to take on the trails.

It's done took 2.4 hours, now the cage can go in!
