They still had a cad front axle in the TJ ? Or is it like an OX ? FjR68

If it is just cable i bet they offer a manual override, say a screw in bolt to keep it engaged ??? May be worth a look

I have a brand new Arizona frame. Going in this Spring. Keeping the same old Moab body....

Transmission just about done. The reverse and countershaft assemblies are in . Mains shaft is rebuilt and going in this weekend. The counter shaft with its 42 of 66 loose (uncaged) bearings with two thrust washers probably tested my skills more than I ever want to be again. Any one have "Special Tool J-1296482 ? Me neither ! But two 16mm outside and a 14 and two 15s in between them make up the special tool required ! In case you need one :) FjR68

Ha.....I cleaned out the dead mice! Charged the battery, filled up the tires and bug bombed it. Those damn Rousch Creek bugs are still around!
