what the dash?
Don’t know what to make of the new jeep interior… not a fan I guess.

I like it better the the JK, but I don’t like it as much as my TJ.

Re: what the dash?
I like it but it doesn't seem like a Jeep. Jeeps need to be simple.

Re: what the dash?
I'm not a fan of accent colors on a dashboard. I'd like to see it all black. Probably not quite as obnoxious.

Re: what the dash?
Various shades of black/charcoal on the dash would be nice. I'd imagine the red is a body color match you can get on most trims. Just like body colored fenders/hardtops.

The color I can take or leave and if they match it to the body fine, but WOW is it way to busy of a dashboard for me, what ever happened to jeeps being simple and utilitarian.

Re: what the dash?
They stopped being simple after the TJ. They broadened their market to include people of all proclivities, so the creature comforts got added in, simple got thrown out. I’d definitely have a JK/JL for a daily driver, but keep the TJ as a toy.pirahnah3 wrote:The color I can take or leave and if they match it to the body fine, but WOW is it way to busy of a dashboard for me, what ever happened to jeeps being simple and utilitarian.

Re: what the dash?
I just saw a new JLU on the highway on the way to work this morning. Other then the 4 doors, its a very good looking jeep. From my vantage point in the Mini, it looked like the lowest points underneath are the shock mounts on the rear axle. Styling wise, I like it, it looks good going down the street.
