Is the 0331 head issue as big of a deal as some people make it seem on the other main Jeep forums?
Considering a 2001 XJ and was wondering if I should go for it as it is very reasonably priced but don't want to get into something that's going to be a ticking time bomb.
Anyone here have input?

Re: 0331 Heads?
Just check the head casting to see if it's a 0331. If so be warned..

I believe all the 4.0 heads are the same bolt pattern . If you like the XJ , get it and pick up a different head for cheap and be done with it. FjR68

I have 2 #7120 heads if you go this route and are worried.
