I have some rust on the floor of my 08 wrangler and a small hole where the factory bracket was to hold the rug in place. Anyone have a idea of some kind of filler? Or do welding that can assist?
I removed the rust around the area and repainted with the Eastwood paint that kills the rust and hopefully keeps it from spreading.
Any one have any ideas for me?
Thanks guys
Hap

Re: Floor Rust???
The hole had a bolt in it ? Squirt some silicone into it and put the bolt back in it. A product called "POR-15" Is meant to stop rust , it works well. I use spray rust proofing from Duplicolor , the sand finish not the rubberized compound . In the store youll see both next to each other , it the one with the mostly white lable . Did every inch under the Jeep and the interior . FjR68
