Re: Rock sliders
I have had the AtoZ ones on my TJ for years and they have always held up really well. We have JCR ones on the JK and they seem pretty rugged. Little more complex to install but solid.

Re: Rock sliders
I don't know the market for the JK, but i've seen some weak body mounted sliders completely cave under the first rock. Be sure to find sliders that boast thick steel and mount to structurally sound locations like the frame or body mounts. Protect the investment the right way, the first time!

Re: Rock sliders
I have the Rocker Knockers on my 2 door. Check 'em out if you'll be at the 101. I'm happy with them, & trust me, they have been well tested!

Re: Rock sliders
Take a look at the MetalCloak Overline Rocker Rails. They are very solid. I have them installed on the 2017 JKUR but have not had a chance to put them through their paces. I have a few friends that have them installed and they have held up very well. I can let you know personally how they hold up in the coming weeks when I am able to get out on the trails with the Baystate Jeepers crew.

Re: Rock sliders
EVO also makes a set of rockets just like the poison spider ones, right around the same price or a little less, but have poly strips available to help with "sliding".

Re: Rock sliders
So poly actually does make a difference... but in my opinion only on the Tcase skid where there can be significant weight. I added 1/2" oil-impregnated HDPE and the belly of my LJ slides nicely. However I doubt adding poly would matter on the rock sliders as there will be a small fraction of the weight there so the difference is negligible.
