I really like working local, issues can easily be resolved by a quick trip instead of 30 phone calls or un answered emails.
Im sure that we will be able to get the measurements correct especially with some pictures to send along with them for clarity.

Years of R&D, special patented u-joints included and a lifetime warranty VS a truck place?
Buy it once buy it right... Also don't just pick up a set of DS at Elias or other places. Order them with the correct ends for the Rubicon Axles you have so you don't end up using conversion u-joints that are not common application.... I learned that the hard way and never had the benefit of the TW joints... Have you figured out what you are doing for a T case yet?? its an important factor in the other end of the DS..

Re: The Jeep is going under the knife.....
Just to put an update here, the Frame has been completed, the suspension is being finished up, and all things in line it should be set before the end of the month from that end. Pics coming I promise, but the monster is finally coming back to life!
With that said, the great and mighty Kurt has overly graciously offered to help out with some other work to finish up the Jeep. I would like to attempt to organize a wrenchfest or two if possible. Looking at Feb time frame to get the work done.
I would like to plan a weekend or two if we must on one of the following saturdays:
2/11/17
2/18/17
2/25/17
List is long, but nothing overly difficult, at worst is the SYE, others include: Fenders, winch, rock sliders, Antirock front sway bar, brakes, calipers, some small wiring jobs, front and rear bumpers. So nothing really hard, just helpful to have some hands, or at least some folks to heckle me while I do things wrong lol. If you have some time please let me know so that we can try to get a small plan going as to getting work done efficiently as possible.

Re: The Jeep is going under the knife.....
Well, the good Dr has given her a passing grade and a great outlook!
I just got to see her in a photo and am very excited to see her in person.
Done so far:
Frame repair (SO glad I went to Central Mass off road for the work! Scott is THE MAN!)
Spring lift (5.5in)
New Shocks to go with the lift
Long arm setup (3 front 4 rear)
Swapped in D44 Axles
Trussed Front Axle (rear as already done)
Fuel tank Skid
A lot still to go and pictures will be coming as I can go take some.

Re: The Jeep is going under the knife.....
Pending a few more things, we are still looking good for Saturday the 18th if anyone is available. This will be in a garage with "some" heat but most have been to Kurts before. I appreciate any help we can get but also understand life gets busy. There is potential that this could be called off late in the week but that looks slim at the moment. Please let me know if you think you can make it so that we have an idea of the jobs to plan for the day, there are jobs from no mechanical skills to some heavy skills that still need to be done so Ill take any help I can get!
