Clinton Powder Coating
Mark (MDSRACING...), You mentioned a place in Clinton for powder coating. Is it Central Mass Powder Coating? There are many places, I'm sure but I would rather use a place others have used and can recommend. Their quote seems reasonable ... but then again I don't have anything to go by.

Re: Clinton Powder Coating
I used this guy a couple of times and can recommend him. He does this at his home in his spare time and is very fair in his pricing.

Yes central mass powder coating they do it right guarantee everything. They have done all my jeep stuff and Matt's dirt bike stuff through the years.Never once had a peeling issue. They sandblast it, galvanized coat it then powder it with color. They have a industrial black texture that is super strong will match your bumper. Should be about 200 I would guess for your rails.

Re: Clinton Powder Coating
Thanks guys. Jeff @ CMPC said $300, can do the inserts a second color if I choose and it takes about a week. If I can get them mounted and holes drilled in the right spots tonight/tomorrow, I'll try to drop them off Friday so hopefully have them back by the 1st. It would be nice to have them on for Moose Mountain but I don't want to use them as bare metal.
What are your thoughts on doing all the hole drilling and mounting AFTER the powder coat is on, probably damage the finish right?

I have always been into tools, just couldn't justify buying them until now. I have had a little stick welder for years and I don't even know how to use it.

Re: Clinton Powder Coating
Those are body mounted, have you checked the fit with your crunchy rocker? Good choice by the way, I'm considering the same ones.ImNotCassie wrote:The Poison Sypder Rocker Knockers, the ones in the first link I posted. Can't wait to get them put on.Zooky wrote:What did you end up getting for rails?
