Hey there from Bridgewater

Unread post by Barney366 »

Hey guys, Andy Barnett from Bridgewater Ma here, just joined the club after a visit to this year's Great American Jeeep Rally.

I've got a 2012 JKU, 2.5" ProComp lift, 35" BF Goodrich All Terrain T/A's with Dick Cepek wheels, and a Smittybilt front bumper. Cars are named in my family, so the Jeep goes by Gus.

I bought Gus new, and retired him this past Spring as a daily driver and promoted him to a full time toy / weekend warrior. A crazy work schedule has kept me off the trails for the summer, but it's calmed down so I'm looking forward to getting out there. I haven't done a lot of off-roading, mostly Freetown State Forest.

My next acquisition needs to be a winch, then a rear bumper with a swing-arm for the spare (bumper suggestions and pix would be appreciated).

Looking forward to meeting and riding with everyone!!

Welcome to the club. I just went wheeling for the first time with some members and had a blast. Great group of people here! (I have an Or-Fab rear tire carrier. Love it. Looks aggressive. The tire sits really high up too) Rear bumper: JCR mid-width Crusader. Loved their customer service too.

Welcome.

We have JCR gear on our JK and love it. They are great guys and super nice to deal with. They offer several options in rear bumpers and tire mount options. You can mix and match.
