Hi Guys,
Though I've been a jeep owner for a a few years now, Xj & TJ, I'm new to off-roading. I've started to outfit my rig for some light trails and I'm looking to test the waters. Just looking to do it rite and "Tread Lightly" with peeps who know what they are doing.
It looks like work may be taking me out of the area in a couple months but I was hoping to feel out the community you have here in case I stay. Hoping to drop by one of your public events.
Currently I have a 4.0L '02 TJ with the 5-Speed, 2.5" lift, 33s, Recovery Bumpers Front & Back, Sway Bar Disconnects, and a 10k Winch.
Next up for mods are flat fender flares soon and if all goes well finding a community and a place to wheel E-lockers Front and Back.
It's an old picture and doesn't show some of the new mods...

How long have you been a member of Baystate?
How long have you been offroading?
Is this your first jeep?
AND REMEMBER ** NO TRAIL NAMES **

Re: new to the off-road community
Welcome, Dakin.
Looking forward to meeting you on the trails. You'll be in for a good time if you're fortunate enough to stick around.
