Vibration

Taking the driveshafts out will remove the vibration if it was a vibration caused by the driveshaft. Anything else could still be felt. It was mentioned once before, but have you removed the axle shafts and checked them to make sure they are still straight? I'd start with the rear axle shafts since you don't feel it in the steering wheel.

I have indicated the driver rear with a dial indicator and it was fine. I will do the other after I fix my jack. Thank you for your suggestion.

You cant drive it without the rear DS ? The oil will spill out if you pull it. Every one I know with a TJ had a vib after a lift of some sort. It always was drive shaft angle and U-Joint bind . B&B asked about mounts. Are they stock or aftermarket ? FjR68

True for YJ's but not for TJ's. TJ's have the slip spine outside the tcase.

When I lifted my TJ 4.5" I found that the rear pinion angle had to be just so in order to dramatically reduce/eliminate the vibes. Took about 5 tries re-adjusting it to get it right. Really touchy adjustment.

Could it be an engine mount? Does the vibration correlate to the speed of vehicle or rpms of the engine?

Don't think it's a mount. It doesn't change with engine speed and a didn't notice anything when I did the motor mount lift. I am going to check runout of the other rear axle when I get a chance this week.
