Frank, the steel I strapped to the fork was for extra leverage due to using a hydraulic bell housing (pivot ball is in a different location so there was less leverage)
Cahl, not much drifting to be had with a 230 inline 6 and 4 wheel drums! Even with a 2bbl carb and dual exhaust headers (but I was at least using Thrush Cherry Bombs )

Re: Freekin Jeep
Ralph That choice was made for me 13 yrs. ago. My youngest son at the time was 8 and it was our first off roading with the Jeep. You could see the ground from any seat , sheet metal and other stuff falling off as she was trying to flex the 2 leaf racks. From the back seat I heard , Man dad , shes amonin anda groanin ! Lets call her Monalot ! So it began. It in and almost ready to start. I have free play at the pedal Aaaaaand it feels like its gonna shift with out draggin !!! Should be today. Thanks for all the mental help and wishes. FjR68

Nice story, Frank. I was just trying to be funny suggesting that with all the stuff you're doing to it, it's more like "Frankenstein". Or, a play on words with your name as well. Anyways, I like your story better. Thanks for sharing that.
