3D printing

Unread post by saf98tj »

Hi everyone. Sorry a non jeep related post but thought I would throw this out there. I am looking to buy a 3D printer for the company I work for prototyping parts. I work in the food industry and most of the parts that we fabricate can be long lead and expensive. The printer would allow us to functionally test several iterations of parts quickly and relatively inexpensively before making them out stainless steel. We were trialling a Uprint from Stratasys but we are interested in the Dimension 1200es (larger print volume). Both print parts out of ABS plastic.

Just curious if anyone has any experience with this printer or similar?
