Hi all.
I'm ready for a lift. Need input. Please. 2012 JKU sport. It's a DD. I'm planning on about 70% road 30% off-road trails. I'm in New England so deal with snow as well. I've been looking at the Rancho 2" kit w/9000 shocks, but not sure how I feel about the spring/spacer combo. Also looking at the TeraFlex and Rubicon Express. I've heard the TeraFlex kit sags a bit with time. Trying to stay under $700+/-
I want a coil kit with shocks.
Any help would be great. Thanks.

Re: Lift kit for JK
I would look at Zone Offroad for an inexpensive lift kit. Their manufacturer also supplies parts for BDS kits so they're quality parts. Don't know much about JK lift kits so I can't comment as to how complete the kits are.

I have a Rubicon Express in my TJ. Bought it adjustable pro comp shocks- they only lasted 3 years. Had the kit since 2010.

Evo offroad enforcer is nice. Rock krawler budget boost is all springs and comes with disco's and shock extentions if you don't want to buy new ones.
JKU Commando- I've tinkered with her a tiny bit.

Yeah. I was looking at the RK. Nice lift. But I would like to go with new shocks instead of factory with extensions. But that jacks price up. The Rancho 2" comes with the 9000 shocks for $400+/- with a rebate. Anyone running Rancho?

Great cheap shocks are the Bilstein 5100's. They cost only 320, I ran them on my ram 3500 and they helped the truck from feeling like a wood wheeled wagon to a actual suspension. I am also putting them on my JK until I upgrade to coilovers some day. I am sure they will preform even better on the JK. I have heard good things about the adjustable Ranchos I would spend a little extra to be completely happy and avoid wanting to change them at some point which will cost more than a decent set now especially if the shocks are tuned to the springs.
