JKU lift options and opinions
I am looking for a lift I have been looking at the AEV 3.5" lift as well as the metal cloak game changer anyone using either or have any others they like.
JKU Commando- I've tinkered with her a tiny bit.

Re: JKU lift options and opinions
a little but I heard the joints squeak and are not rebuild-able. The metal cloak control arms are supposed to be the best for flex and reliability maybe combine the two? I am trying to lift my jeep around the end of the month since I have to take vacation at the end of the month.

Yes. anything more will destroy my axles... well I may be able to do that with 35"'s also don't feel like re-gearing for a bit, at least until I ruin my current axles to the point keene with stop warrantying them. I'm a bit torn between the 35x12.5 r17 toyo mt and the 35x13.5 r15 is the extra width worth it?

Be sure to have your computer recalibrated when you change tire size.

I got 35s back in 2010 and wheeled them without regearing.
I regeared in 2012 when I added lockers.
As far as tires, I run 12.5 widths.
