what did you do to your Jeep today?

Unread post by Hoodoo Man »

So I have seen this thread on other forums and think its kind of nice, the idea of posts in this thread is to mention small mods and upgrades you may do in some spare time that dont require a full out wrench fest.

so I will start, bought a road runner style horn for my TJ. (meep, meep!)

Does walking past it while walking the dog this morning count?
Speed costs money, how slow do you want to go?

I finally got around to replacing the black plastic rear license bracket someone backed in to, cracked and chipped a big hole into. Was a little more time consuming only because I had to make a few small modifications to it due to the internal CB antenna mount I use.

mounted the winch on my new bumper and finished hooking up the new horn! Note to all. You need to mount the winch on the poison spyder bumpa before its on the heep.

For me... put the battery on charge.
Went to drive it to work today.... totaly dead battery. :angry-cussingblack:
6 year old battery. Time to replace it.

Also bought a "new to me" Warn XD9000i to replace the current 8K winch.
