Can I come along for a ride?

Hello All!

My name is Greg and I am considering buying a Jeep this summer (do I need to mention that I have been thinking about this for 25 years?). Would anyone out there consider letting me "tag-along" as a passenger with you while you are on a trail? I would love to get a sense of the hobby.

I can definitely provide lunch along with gas money. I live in Waltham, MA and I can drive to meet you on-site, or meet at your place - whichever is more convenient to you!

I personally don't see a problem with this. Our next run is August 16th. If you are available, maybe we can hook someone up with you.

I usually have an empty seat , as well as others . Although I have the oldest rig in the club, she goes alright ! FjR68

I am not a hundred percent sure if I am free on August 16 yet, but if I am I will be there.

In the meantime, I am free this weekend and some others. Let me know if anyone is going out and wants some company.

This weekend we have a camping trip. Wheeling both Saturday and Sunday. The location is Western, MA... as in border of NY. Almost 2hrs west of Fitchburg. If you are interested, I cn find you a seat. You would just have to meet them at the campground.

Jason and I are only going on Saturday and are each bringing our own Jeep. I'm going to have a passenger, but J is riding solo and said you are welcome to ride with him if you wish. Let me know if you're interested and I'll send you the meeting location details.

Hi All!

I had a GREAT time yesterday! Everyone was very welcoming, and I really appreciate you guys having me. A BIG BIG thank you goes to Jason for keeping me alive and also for answering my 100plus questions! Jason was super patient and a great driver to boot.

What a blast! Now, we just need to buy a jeep...

Glad you had fun. Torry Tunnel was my first trip with BSJ 6 years ago. Looks like you got out of it with a lot less mud on you then I did.

My Jeep is always up for sale and everyone here can attest it has only been wheeled lightly. :\
