06 TJ header

I just installed a banks header on a 06 TJ. Now when you start it ,l its WFO only. Throttle plate is closed. Ran fine to my house. Any ideas ??? Thanks FjR68

It has codes now PO123
PO108
PO113 All I did was put a freekin header on. Its got to be an air leak , Yes ? FjR68

p0123 = Throttle position sensor










Everything points to a vacuum leak at the intake, yes.

ummmm that TJ...... it's not the same TJ that needed the exhaust manifold, you remember, the one I picked up for you and said I'd hold it for you? :shock:

High RPM's usually points to an air leak.

Carl : That one is for my 4.0 head on my 4.2 block. Was an air leak and I waited till morning with daylight to look things over. Missed the front ,tiny little,almost to small to do any good , locating pin for the intake. The new one suck to work on ! Ill have you know. FjR68
