New truck/tow rig....
2005 Dodge Ram 3500 DRW 4X4 auto 90K miles, leveling kit, B&W turnover ball in bed for gooseneck, brake controller, etc...
She's not perfect cosmetically, but nothing major. Interior looks brand new.
This was owned by a friend of mine who recently moved from Salem NH to Tampa Fl. We were talking one day and he was commenting on his truck (being a dually), was too big down in Tamps, and he didn't need 4WD anymore. I said I wish I had 4WD in my Megacab. He suggested we trade trucks. This was back in November.
It finally happened, picked it up Saturday night. We met at his Brothers house just outside of Fayetteville NC (1/2 way point for both of us) exchanged paperwork, swapped plates, and off I went...did a turn and burn.
Doesn't get the MPG the Megacab did, but I didn't expect it to. weighs more, less aerodynamic, two more tires in the back, but for what it is not too bad. Avg 19.6 coming home. For the record the Megacab got 26.2 on the way down.
Here's the new truck..
She's a big girl....

Looks real Purdy
7800 lbs You probably won't even feel your trailer and Scrambler behind it

Well let's see...Frank wrote:Is that the only color you own ? FjR68
The last truck was gray, the new truck is silver, the Scrambler is blue, and my XJ is green.
Nope, not the only color I own.

Re: New truck/tow rig....
Everyone was out of the truck. In fact it was empty other than a full tank of fuel.
