I have a 3K lb cheapie on mine. Just used it to pull my brother's '40 Ford COE onto the trailer.

I usually just use a come-along to drag dead vehicles onto my trailer.

Come-along may be the answer. Jeep appears to be dead and my not be able to find time to fix it before I have to move. :\

Tractor supply or HF have come alongs. I think I have a couple hundred bucks and some zappin' time into my winch. I will say it's much easier to hit a button.

No such thing as a dead Jeep, just temporarily unable to move forward! Hope it's nothing major!!

Thanks Frank but I think that would be bit of a haul for me to go get it.

I did get the Jeep moved over to Northwood. Tires had some pretty good flat spots on them for sitting so long. Took about 15 miles for them to round back out.
