Bought mirrors at Pep Boyz, $15 each. Used some old hardware and BAM! I'm legal

Hey, the cops up in Mason loved my mog with 44" tires last weekend when we chatted as we waited for the rollover to get cleaned up.

Note to self - pull *past* the accident scene when you're one of the first there so you're not stuck for 30-45 minutes waiting on the wrecker etc etc.

Those side mirrors are nice to have, but not needed to be legal. MA state law requires "a rear view mirror" - that's it. So if you have one on the windshield you are all set.

I've posted a link to the applicable section of MA state law either here or in the old forum at least once.

I don't have side mirrors because of laws. I run them so I know what's beside me :ugeek:

Never said they weren't a good idea, just that you don't need do put them on to be legal. We all know there's a big difference between legal and safe.
