Install Poison Spyder full length corners. (gotta protect the tub)
Install Sniper Fab steel tube flares.
Remove seats, console, storage box, cage and factory roll bar, prep tub for some sort of lining.
Line tub.
I purchased a HP Dana 60 that has been converted to a rear axle (similar to Ryan). Need to narrow it, build it, and install it.
Remove rear bumper, and rocker protection. Sandblast and paint.
Install new motor mounts.
Clock T-case and install flat skid.

What we've done...
PS corners are on, awaiting flares. Will position flares, then remove corners and weld on flares.
Interior is out with the exception of the cage and bar. Need a nice warm day to roll the Jeep out of the garage to apply bed liner. (may be waiting untill spring
)Working on the rear axle, grinding what remains of the brackets that the PO removed. Spool and gear set have been ordered. Need to figure out brakes soon.
Rear bumper and rocker protection will be removed soon, then off to the blaster along with the factory bar.
Motor mounts will be installed after that, along with clocking the T-case and new skid (skid is here).
