The day it was new...
Thought this might be fun, especially for you crotchety old bastids. How about a picture of your Jeep before it was a heep! That's right, back when she was new, or new to you. I dug this one up (from waaaaay back...a year ago) looking through the computer today.

Not the day I brought it home brand new from the dealer, but a few months later. I did have the 2" BB and 32s on within one week of buying it so not a lot of pics of it "unmolested"
look at those straight fenders, undented tube bumpers, perfectly straight license plate and shiny clean rocker panels.

My first run with BSJ. Got hung up on a lil rock. Still had my side steps on!
That one you see, was torn off later that day
IIRC, my only mod was the tow hooks on the bumpah

They completely screwed up Photobucket, so I have no place to embed from any more. Try clicking the link...

Being rather lazy, there's mine, except I didn't have fog lights or front tow hooks.

Day I bought, just happened to be the weekend Chrysler announced it was filing for chapter 11. Maybe 2 months later, it was on 32's with a 3" BDS lift (the start of my empty pockets)

Re: The day it was new...
Dug thru the archives and found these early pics of a few of my heeps
First 7 slot was a J2000. Pushed a ton of snow with it!
Next was my 1989 YJ that I joined BSJ with. Monster 31's on it here
The 89 was carb'd so next up was my current 1992 YJ.
As I found it on the streets of East Boston with it's fugly 3" body lift
Last up is my white 1997 TJ. Shot of when I got it home and was checking it out.
