MOAB or BUST
I was going to post this in the MOAB section but apparently I'm not worthy of that section.

I can't see it either. Been busy and haven't paid any club dues yet....
Shipping your Jeep just plain sucks. Where's the adventure? Excitement?
Besides, I thought we were planning on wheeling Colorado on the way home? Black Bear Pass is awesome!

I agree, shipping sucks... No adventure flying (besides the TSA groping.)
I remember a discussion about whether lifted jeeps would fit top and bottom of a car carrier. I didn't think they would but apparently, they do. I have my doubts though that this rig is under 13'6".

Re: MOAB or BUST
Maybe the blue JK at the end had been aired down just enough to clear 13'6"

Re: MOAB or BUST
Without special permits it wont be above 13.6 , All Interstates are geared for 14 foot clearance at bridges unless noted. The 13.6 is the maximum allowable without permits. Ever wonder how a 13.6 rig fits through a 13.6 hole ? The clearance signs are in general unless it says ACTUAL and then you better have your ducks in a row. Now if you go through Ca. you should know meters ! Million mile member ! And proud of it . FjR68

I've only got about 300,000 miles to go before I get to join. I've only taken down a couple dozen of those pesky wires that hang below 13'6". Currently working on a big wire in Hubbardston that Mark has failed to fix... YET.Frank wrote: Million mile member ! And proud of it . FjR68
