http://www.daveysjeeps.com/ is awesome! For $65 delivered I got both a front and rear exhaust manifold. New aftermarket is almost $200 per part and dealer is $300+! Yes they are used, but they look in pretty decent shape with just some surface rust.

Any thoughts on how to refinish them? I could simply sandblast and repaint with high-temp paint but I wasn't sure if this was the best approach. I'd obviously like to make these last if possible...

so i'm looking at header coatings. anyone used anything from eastwood? http://www.eastwood.com/review/product/list/id/1230/

Dude : I believe most of the manufacture coatings are electric applications . Like powder coating. The heat wrap coatings mostly cut down on engine compartment heat. Like you have any ! Make sure the sand blaster is turned down and he knows how to do cast. I dont think we could do as long lasting a job as the Co. I used V H T paint on my XJ header and its not as shiny but its still black. Be sure to do the inside also when using paint to re-coat. Just the inlet side. Good luck with this. FjR68

Thanks Franky! I actually have a small sandblast cabinet so I'll be doing it. What's a recommended air pressure?

That my friend depends on the media your using. Just start off where you move material and then start to remove what you dont want. If they are cast , shoot straight at it in cyrcles, if its steel , you can use a sweeping motion. Stay off the sealing edges ! FjR68
