I'm not going to rehash my whole post from JeepForum (link at bottom,) but this is definitely pertinent to anyone around the Boston area. I started getting the JOG problem in my 6 speed JK the day after I bought it, brought it to Grava in Medford for warranty work, and literally had the worst customer service I've ever experienced. The service consultant was extremely rude, and wouldn't listen to my explanation of the issue my Jeep was having, and after the problem was confirmed, they tried to pass me off to the dealership I bought the Jeep from, which is over an hour away. If you ever have the need to take your rig in for dealer service, take your hard earned money elsewhere because these guys clearly don't appreciate your business.
In the back of the owners manual there should be a phone # to the factory rep who tours the district to solve dealer / client issues. They will give you a date for which he/she is going to be in the area. Just because you didnt buy the vehicle there , it still says Jeep on their sign, they have to repair it . Take an add out in the local paper . Im sure people in the area would like to know how they operate . Good luck. FjR68
