New Leaf springs

Which end gets the military wrap ? Frame or shackle . Any one want a set of Black Diamond 3 " springs. Used, and probably not a true 3 " anymore. FjR68

If they're the late CJ springs you're talking about from your build thread, There should be two different size bushings on the spring. The large bushing (usually with a larger bolt) goes on the frame end.

Exactly ! Almost like you were here ! I cant believe how may parts are different. 74-76 Sounds like Ford had their hand in it . Kurt :) Im gonna get new glasses , They are wrapped at both ends ,with a large and small hole. The big one has Poly bushings with a metal sleeve , The small one has no sleeve ? Thanks guys. Nope! AMC just happened to get their hands in everyone's cookie jars!!!!!!! My old '83 CJ had Bendix (ford) brakes, Motorcraft (ford again) ignition, and a AC Delco (GM) alternator!
