Got my passenger side rear quarter panel pushed in badly at the Father's day run. So I purchased a set of OR-Fab panels to cover up the ugliness and also add a bit of protection in that area. The only problem I have is the panels are as flat as my LCD TV! :angry-cussingblack:

John, how did you get the panels to form to the XJ body like this?

I have an inch of gap between the panel and the body at the bottom so I formed mine using a 12-ton press and doing this. Not perfect but much better! Not happy...

I just carefully tightened up the bolts a little at a time. I think down at the bottom I used a longer bolt to suck in things then tightened down the stock bolts on either side.
You can't bolt on experience!!!!!!

I also added one more bolt per side in the middle of the bottom edge and used larger diameter washers in the back anyplace they'd fit.
