LOL....grabbed me some of that red sand one day. Got it in a little jar. I open it once in a while, poke at the sand, close my eyes and think of how nice it was out there. Sigh. Even planted a little cacti and added some of the sand around it. Looks like the ones we saw out there.

So, I go to Bob's store today, daddy needed a new pair of shoes (so did the rest of the family) and i find a nice pair of Merrell hiking sneeks...
I get them home and am about to put the box away for later use (I like shoe box's) and decide to look at the label...
