I hear ya bud. Ive read about how to drill and tap the box but I have not seen really clear pictures of where exactly it happens and how this is done. I have a rebuilt box and pump on the shelf , waiting for something like this to happen. FjR68

I have a PSC box... I'm not really impressed with the durability of it. I think it has already developed some slop after only a few years and moderate amounts of trail use (my XJ is a 90% trail-only rig at this point). I don't think you get much more for the extra $ vs a stock box, unless you want to get one with ports for hydro steer.

X2!

The PSC box is O.K. but I didn't notice much of an improvement in turning force
Plus that's the box that the bolts for the top plate backed off causing the O ring to puke down at Rausch Creek last year
You can't bolt on experience!!!!!!
Function over form=4x4
