Re: Fall Crawl 2011 Pictures
Guys, thank you for pulling me out of a jam. My kid and I had good times on the trails and at the campsite with good friends.

I have 4.88 with 35" MTRs, automatic with NP231 and 39 tooth gear. Speedometer is very close to the speed shown on my GPS. Hope this helps.

Re: Knock in the Steering
I had similar steering issue after the Father's day run. I could turn full lock-lock from right to left without issue but there was a pop with just a little to the right at any steering position. It turned out to be a loosen track bar bolt on the axle side. Torqued it down to spec again and the pop ...

Re: X-Mas in March!!!!! The Heep is gonna gain weight...
Got my passenger side rear quarter panel pushed in badly at the Father's day run. So I purchased a set of OR-Fab panels to cover up the ugliness and also add a bit of protection in that area. The only problem I have is the panels are as flat as my LCD TV! :angry-cussingblack: John, how did you get t...

Don't you have a new Warn bumper? Put a cheap fog light behind the "W".

Re: Replacement for Rubicon rear locker?
I think Rubi ring gear bolts are bigger. He might have to drill out the bolt holes on your carrier assuming he can use your carrier with his thick gear.

I don't have much luck with Airsoft either! A set of brand new 35" MTR with kevlar mounted on Allied beadlocks. Poured in recommended 8oz of beads but no go! Run smooth up until 60MPH then starts to shake. I can run my 32s, balanced with rim weight, at highway speed and smooth all the way. For ...

Re: Longarm? Or drop bracketts?
Do i need to buy adjustable upper control arms or can I run the stock ones with the drop brackets? (I have RE adjustable lowers) I have RE drop brackets on mine. Ran fixed uppers and lowers with my D30 for a long time. I had to use caster shims on my lowers to adjust the pinion angle. You'll be fin...

Re: 96 Xj ebrake cable
Has anyone out there done a disk break upgrade on there xj and if so what ebrake cable did you use? Just use your original e-brake cables. Cut off half of the spring and loop the cable on to the arm. This is how I did it on my C8.25. http://i806.photobucket.com/albums/yy341/kaifei/XJstuff/P1010545....
