2021 Intech Flyer Pursue Micro-lite Camping Trailer
I'm selling my 2021 Intech Flyer Pursue camping trailer. This is a well-built trailer that tows beautifully behind a 4-door Jeep. Our family has outgrown it, but it's a very comfortable trailer for 2 adults and some dogs. It looks awesome behind your Jeep and is perfect for road-trips to Rausch Cree...

Re: Jeep got hit this morning
Luckily there were no injuries. The other driver was fine and no one was in the Jeep.

Re: Jeep got hit this morning
I don’t have the final numbers yet, but they’re saying scrap is usually 20% of the actual cash value. Unfortunately it’s probably not worth keeping it considering it’s going to cost me $4k to get it back plus I have to fix it.

Re: Jeep got hit this morning
I talked with the insurance adjuster today and his initial assessment was the Jeep was totaled. The thing is, he was including damage to the grille, bumper, and winch. None of which appear to be damaged.

Re: Inspection Stations
Just got my inspection today in Lowell. No problems with 35s, 2.5" lift and tires sticking out beyond fenders. I did put some mud flaps on to provide "sufficient coverage" for spray. Don't know if I needed them or not. I also contacted the DMV regarding the differences between 540 CMR...

Front Axle Seal Leaking
Looks like my front driver axle seal got damaged when my ball joints were replaced. Anyone replaced the inner seals on a JK? What kind of pain am I looking at? I’ve read the write-ups but haven’t done any differential work and don’t know if this is a DIY shop job.

Re: Brake Issues
Confirmed that the master cylinder failed. I had it replaced today and it seems back to normal. Unfortunately, the shop said I have another project coming up because my all joints are failing. Ball joint wrench fest soon?

Re: Brake Issues
Kurt and I bled the lines and a small amount of air from the front passenger line. The pedal was extremely soft after bleeding with no obvious leaks. We're thinking maybe a master cylinder problem? I did notice an air hiss when the engine turned off. However, I drove home and the brakes felt better....

Brake Issues
I'm having some issues with a soft brake pedal that was really noticeable wheeling this weekend. With the engine off, I can pump the pedal and it gets firm. When the engine is on and I apply the pedal it goes all the way to the floor with little resistance. To complicate troubleshooting, I just chan...

If a nut, bolt and grease are good enough for Kurt, they're good enough for me!

Does anyone have a nutsert tool that they would be willing to lend me to install some rock sliders? Thanks!

Re: Let's Talk Lifts . . .
I run the Teraflex 2.5" coil lift with the Bilstein Shocks and have had no issues at all. I don't know if they have changed the recommendation to install the exhaust spacers to overcome the driveshaft clearance. I have the exhaust spacers and haven't had any problems.
