Re: Not a new member....
Doug, Congrats, and it has been a long time... How has it been going from the full-size Ram to the Gladiator? What do you like and don't like so far? I have also been looking at the Gladiator, as I really don't need the Tundra. I still have my TJ which still is only used once the salt is off the roa...

Re: local store that carries pinion seal and TC seal?
Here are some photos. IMG_3045.jpg IMG_3048.jpg IMG_3049.jpg IMG_3050.jpg Front pinion looks like it has a slight leak and the pinion is not aligned, pointed to high. Other photos shows the signs of TC leaking. Perhaps it is the input shaft seal, but I am not sure I would see fluid towards the top. ...

Re: local store that carries pinion seal and TC seal?
Look in Quadratec , 4 wheel parts , How about a local transmission shop . FjR68 Ended up placing an order with Quadratic. Hope the parts arrive today. One thing I couldn’t figure out is for the HPD30 they sell a seal with a flange edge and a seal without a flange edge. Assuming the flange edge is e...

local store that carries pinion seal and TC seal?
Called Lou and he doesn't stock a D30 HP pinion seal and either the front or rear seal for NV241OR. So has anyone had any luck with a local auto part store?
My TC is now leaking from the front seal and the replacement for the D30 pinion has a slight leak.

Re: NV241OR puking
Sounds like its together , see ya this weekend ! FjR68 Membership has not been approved. Replaced the rear seal, however the TC still has a slight leak. Going to spray some simple green on the TC to clean up and remove the oil staining. This will help with trying to track down the leak. Driving bac...

NV241OR puking
So finally after ~4 years, I get the Jeep back on the road, drive up to Maine and enjoyed the weekend driving the coast. Headed out to pick up pizza and nothing but smoke from under the passenger side door. Looking under the Jeep, it appears that the TC rear output seal is allowing TC oil to leak fr...
