Scott - It is a regular style AA SYE (couldn't pass on the price).
Cutting down the driveshaft, is this something that can be done while you wait and what should I expect to pay for the service?

Completed the install of the AA SYE and it doesn't appear that the custom drive shaft is going to fit. Notice in the following photo, that it appears that the DS might end up being completely compressed when connected to the axle yoke. Now I haven't removed the rear upper control arms, but I don't t...

The recent SYE kit and drive shaft did not come with the extra 4 uJoint bolts needed to finish the install. Besides Lou's where can I buy these, just the bolts (m8 1.0)??

Found an older set of directions and it states a qty of 1 large lock ring, 2nd one must be an extra.
BTW this was a peice of cake to install!! Now to finish today, yokes, axles & control rear control arm.

Question regarding AA SYE kit
For some reason the kit comes with 4 lock rings, 2 med size ones to that retain the plastic spedo gear (blue) and 2 large ones. According to the instructions you only use 1 large one to retain the gears, what is the 2nd large lock ring for??? I read the AA SYE directions and the ones here http://www...

Yup that sounds right... only had a couple mins look at the stock control arms. Figure I should ask before tearing into the job.

The stock rear upper control arms contain a bracket which is used to mount the rear break lines. I am about to install a set of RE RE3783 control arms that does not contain this bracket, what do I do with the brake lines? I check the RE web site to see what their lift instructions state and couldn't...
