Its always been a pet peve mine that they make the outers 300m but the inners chromoly, you pay extra for the 300m inners. Yeah they've dumped the CRD for the '14 WK's in lieu of the Fiat 3.0 V6 turbo diesel, I can say IDK much about it though other than the published HP and torque numbers

That would be awesome....its gotten to the point where I see one of these articles every week. It would be awesome, and with the WK getting one next year it is certainly one step closer. It would also solve the fuel economy issues the Wranglers have. Here'e the issue I see....they're really going to...

Nothing glamerous today, plasma cutter and grinder are getting a good workout though. Lots of brackets to hack off, hooefully I'll start setting the axles by next weekend.

To be honest, as annoyed as I was about the late delivery, Matt @ Solid was pretty up front about not being able to meet the deadline. He was about a month behind on work and then RCV sent him the wrong length on the inner passenger's side shaft, set him back about 3 more weeks. Didn't want to press...

You have been a busy guy! Excellent work, my friend! Have you thought about adding a brace between your rear shock towers? Lots of engagement through the frame, but a whole lot of shock tower without any support at the top. Could also run a spreader bar between the B and C pillar on your cage above ...
