I pulled this out of my intro thread as I dont want to clutter the two

I am thinking about putting a new muffler on my 4.6 YJ. I know the tailpipe size is 2.25 and I think the cat is 2.25. What size inlet/outlet would I need on the muffler itself to make everything fit?

it runs my old 4.2 would cut out and this doesn't do that so in that light it is better but I don't really have a great comparison from before.
