Our schedule lists "NEA Meeting" for May 4th. Is there some wheeling generally attached to that meeting? I'd be up for attending the meeting to learn more, especially if there was also some wheeling as a part of it? How do those NEA Meeting days work? Thanks!!

Our 2019 schedule has "Go Topless Day" down for May 18th. Is there a particular wheeling event BSJ will focus on, or is the idea for everyone who wants to do some wheeling that day to just do their own thing and pick the Go Topless event they want to go to on their own? Thanks!
