Re: Shock Length Question

Thanks Jack and Ish. Great suggestions. Still going back and forth between the longer Bilstein 5100 and the same Rancho 9000 I currently have. I will definitely clear coat the Ranchos beforehand if I do go that route.

Shock Length Question

I'm currently running Rancho 2" lift with Rancho 9000 shocks. The specs for the Rancho front are collapsed 14.11" and extended 21.76". I am looking to replace with Bilstein 5100. Specs for Bilstein are collapsed 14.98" and extended 24.65". Are there any concerns with this sw...

Re: LED replacement Lights

Don't even need to spend anywhere near $150. I bought these 4 years ago this month and no issues thus far. Only $64 with 20% coupon. I paid $67 4 years ago.

Welcome to BSJ! Good plan to wheel stock first. Your Rubi is very capable as is. I would choose one of our Class VI runs for your first outing. Those are typically easier trails. As far as adding photos, click the attachments tab and add files. Looking forwarding to meeting you on the trails.

Re: Jeep Run for Children's Hospital- Holyoke area

This sounds like a fun event for the whole family and the Children's Miracle Network is a great cause! If you ever think you're having a bad day, spend and hour at a critical care Children's hospital. Some of those kids will never go home, but you wouldn't know it from meeting with them or their fam...

Welcome to the club, Kevin. Be on the lookout for the 101 evite. You will learn a lot about off roading and get a chance to see what your jeep can do on the trail. Hopefully you at least have an unmatched 32" spare. If not, check craigslist or facebook for a used one.

Welcome Jamie! It's a great club that you and your family will enjoy. Smart move to wait before going crazy with the mods. See what type of trails you like, talk to members and build from there. Belly skids are highly recommended, however. Especially for the oil pan and tranny as Jeep doesn't provid...

Welcome to club Cesar! Check your email for evites. The class VI run will be a great opportunity to get your feet wet and see what your Willys can do. At the meeting afterwards, you will meet several members and learn more about the club. Good choice to wheel first and then decide what mods you want...

Re: New Member

Welcome Michael! Check your evite for the Class VI run in June. That's a mild run and would be a great way to get your feet wet and meet some members. As for next mods, look into skid plates especially for the oil pan and trans.
