Re: West Coast Wheeling!

Passenger seat is now taken for the Rubi (buddy from
New England Seth who some of you met at F&F is flying out) but if anyone else wants to make the drive the snow is melting fast on the Rubicon!

Re: Winch

I have 3 Superwinches on my rig (front, rear and suck down) and they have had zero issues in 10+ years… and I use the hell out of them. Not sure if Superwinch quality is still the same now but at least they used to make very reliable winches!

Rubicon is scheduled for July 17th - 20th. I’m driving up from SoCal on Sunday the 16th and back Friday the 21st. My pass...

Re: West Coast Wheeling!

The guys from Genright were filming a video that day, and they just released it! My rig is visible a few times (4:50,
7:50) Gives a good feel for the trails at the Hammers!

Rubicon still scheduled for early August and Sand Hollow now moved to last weekend in September. Lemme ...

Re: West Coast Wheeling!

I’m down in Orange County (Irvine specifically). One good thing is I can shoot to the top of Santiago Peak (5600 foot elevation) in about 2 hours from my front door.

Re: West Coast Wheeling!

Modeler, you should look into going in 2023 to the Rubicon! Curtis, that's a sweet rental for camping! How are you liking the stroker btw? It's a nice difference but my jeep is still a dog. I think my butt dyno got totally miss calibrated when I bought the RR with a 390hp Supercharged V8... just no ...

Re: West Coast Wheeling!

No doubt it's not cheap or easy, but hopefully it's worth the effort for some of you and you can cross some trails off the old bucket list! I'll help in any way I can from out here to make it happen...

West Coast Wheeling!

Baystaters! Man I miss you guys. Ryan here, moved to CA a few years back and kept wheeling. There are a bunch of great trips tentatively on the calendar and I want to invite my baystate buddies to make the trek! I know it's a huge undertaking so want to give you plenty of heads up. Oct 20-24th 2022:...

Re: New waitlister from Sudbury

As a former longtime Baystate member who grew up in Sudbury but currently lives in CA I will say that you will love this club! I’m in a few clubs out here but it’s different, and nothing like the Baystate crew. I also miss New England. Sure you can’t drive to the top of a 7k foot mountain and enjoy ...

Frank once this pandemic is over you’re welcome to take a trip out west and hit some trails with me! Passenger seat is always open, and if you buy me enough beer I may let you drive [emoji106][emoji482]
