The TJ 44 fronts weren't that bad . If you not lifting to clear bigger tires , I see the need to trim. A front truss needs to be well thought out if you not lifting. I do remember you saying the Jeep wants to go all the time cause you only have 56s ? Wait till you kill what you have now with 37s. Some folks say 37s are the max on a 30. Jeff on the other hand proved them wrong. Driving style will be your friend. With a 5 speed Id look at least into the 4x1 kit for the T-Case or Your gonna wish you had 4.88s or 5.13s THERE IS A GUY ON MARKET PLACE WITH NARROWED 60S UNDER A TJ 1200 BUKS, FRONT AXLE WILL NEED OUTER KNUCKLES . Sounds like you got a plan! Steps I have are the factory cj7 ones they are similar but different if you want to experiment with them your welcome to have them. Build it the way you want. It's only ghetto if you think it is. Doesn't matter what others think as long as you like it.
