Has anyone dealt with The Drivers Side shop in Plainville MA? I contacted them to help me out with a warranty claim on a set of tires. They were the only local dealer I could find that reps Mickey Thompson and seemed willing to help me. They were listed on MT's website. Are they reputable?

I've done business there and they are great to work with. Not that it matters much but the owner is neighbors with a friend of mine and he too says they are a great family.

Good luck, what is your issue with MT? Which line of tire?

Baja MTZs. All four are cracking on the sidewall around the circumference near the bead. I contacted MT and sent some pictures to see if it was a safety issue and they told me to contact a local dealer and submit a warranty claim. The issue is that they (MT)won't tell you how much they will prorate the tires until they see them. That means buying a new set of tires, sending them the old tires, and crossing your fingers.
